Computer running slow? Excessive popups? Random blue screens? A good start is to have the hardware and OS checked out, troubleshooting the route cause of an issue.

Virus and Malware Removal

It's important to keep your anti-virus program updated to help thwart the newest threats, and to run occasional scans to make sure your machine is not infected. I can install, and/or update AV software for you, or even perform cleaning/virus removal.
Time: ~1-2 hours

OS Reinstall

Sometimes it's good to give your computer a clean slate to work on. Resetting or upgrading your OS can help clear out many underlying software issues.

Time: ~2-3 hours (if no data backup wanted)
Remote support: N/A

Data Backup

Data; your photos, music, files etc. are saved on harddrives, and eventually they'll fail, with the potential of you losing anything saved on it. This is why it's important to save/backup your files. Backups can be to another device, or with an online/cloud service like OneDrive.
Time: ~1-3 hours (really depends on how much data you have)

• Get OS updates for your computer

• Cleanup old temp files

• Update security/anti-virus program[s]

• Remove unnecessary programs

Time: ~1-2 hours (depends on how behind the computer is on updates)
